Anxiety & Depression Therapy

Our relationships form a basis for understanding who we are in the world. If you’re here, it’s likely that you feel depressed, anxious, and disconnected from people and places in your life. You might even feel disconnected from your self or your creativity and vitality.

Maybe you show up to a job or relationship out of duty, but don’t love being there. Maybe you struggle with showing up as the real you, or feel like you always run out of time in relationships before you get comfortable enough to deepen intimacy. Repeating the same patterns and spinning through the same internal conflicts is exhausting.

It’s possible to make the changes you need to feel engaged, comfortable, and deeply connected

to loved ones, work, and the larger world. Better yet, I believe you already have what you need to do so.

Working in a therapeutic relationship allows us to explore and listen differently. I’ll connect with you from a gentle, calm, and nonjudgmental, compassionate place. I want to get to know what it’s like to live your life. Often this level of understanding brings initial relief. From there, we’ll use what you tell me, your dreams, imagination, and our relationship to explore further.

Through our therapeutic relationship we'll work to notice when you’re in relationship (or thinking, feeling, deciding, etc.) default mode and begin to experiment with other ways of relating to your Self and others to create change in the rest of your life.
