Spiritual Therapy

You want to live a meaningful life and have a genuine connection to its mystery. Everything out there, that’s vaster than you could ever know completely. From the outside your life looks successful. You have friends and a decent job, but lately it all feels stale.

Spiritual therapy might be right for you if you’re immersed in big questions like, How do you make sense of the great unknown? How do you understand yourself as a part of it? What do your dreams mean? What happens after you die? Why did you arrive on the planet?

You’re never truly satisfied by the answers you find. Lately, the unknown brings anxiety, panic, and worry. Sometimes it brings sadness, like you’re missing out on something important and it feels like you’re running out of time.

Other people talk about faith or spirituality, but you feel like an outsider in traditional religion

You’re unsure of what non-traditional spirituality has to offer. The internet is full of spiritual guides and quick answers, but it doesn’t feel tangible. You want to feed your mind, soul, and spirit at the same time and you don’t know where to start or where to look in Atlanta, GA.

I’m Sally, a therapist that helps the spiritually curious + disconnected find their own path.

For many in unsatisfying life situations, our spirituality is stuck in default mode. That means we’ve only ever known what others handed us—often our families of origin. Whether you’ve rejected your religious upbringing, and are looking to heal from religious trauma, or simply want deeper meaning in daily life, I will work with you to find your personal connection to everything that’s much larger than, but integral to, your life.

I practice spiritual therapy from a practical + grounded place.

Drawing on my 15 years of experience studying and practicing astrology and tarot, we’ll create an imaginative collaboration to address your particular wounds and goals. I’ll bring my continuing education in dream work, Jungian psychoanalysis, ecopsychology, and mindfulness—integrating psychotherapy with spiritual tools.

I don’t have a healing of faith-based agenda beyond helping you locate your connection to everything “out there” and deepening that relationship. The important point here is that what we’re doing works for you.

My clients often feel relief after the first session, knowing there’s a space to explore without pressure or judgement and where spiritual questions are taken seriously.

Over time, you can emerge with a greater sense of self + a confident relationship to the unknown.

Learn to own your complexity—the shadows as well as what already fits in the world with ease. You’ll start to discern the difference between anxiety, empathy, and intuition. You’ll access not only your intellect, but other human ways of knowing. These changes don’t just live inside, but can impact relationships and vocation.
